Is RoyalWallet a bank?
No. RoyalWallet is a personal finance app by Royal Payment Solutions, LLC. Accounts with IBAN and cards are planned through a licensed partner institution, which would hold the funds.
Do you need my bank login?
Never. You download the statement yourself; we never ask for bank passwords.
How many statements can I import for free?
On Commoner, one statement from one bank a month. Duke and King import without limits. Members who joined before 7 November 2026 keep unlimited imports.
My PDF is a scan. What can I do?
Scanned PDFs are read with text recognition on Duke and King. On Commoner, download the CSV or the digital PDF from internet banking instead.
How do I get King free for 14 days?
Solve the royal riddle on your home page after signing up. No card is needed and the trial ends by itself.
I imported the same file twice.
Duplicates are skipped automatically, and any import can be undone under Import → History.
Which languages does RoyalWallet speak?
English, Czech and Polish, in the app and in support.
How do I cancel a paid plan?
Under Plan in the app, at any time. It runs until the end of the paid period.
How do I reach a person?
Through Help in the app or the contact form. We reply within two business days.
